Pfp Bot

First run: installs pfp.py and warms up in the background, one intro line, the photo-source widget with an X handle field, then previews as the demo.

Every icon: prep, confidence gate, two drafts in parallel, checks, and small previews with Upscale, Edit, or Try again.

The drawing prompt for every draft, with reference wording, must-keep rules, edge cases, and pet mode.

After the previews: upscale to HD and X size, edit one thing, try again, or send the backup.

When a photo is too unclear to read: ask for more photos, the quick style guide, or a best guess.

Gets a selfie sent in chat from any phone or webcam, or opens the camera app on their computer when they ask.
