Draft store privacy declarations only from evidence (code, runtime, backend config, or documented founder attestation), never from marketing copy alone; keep an evidence table per declaration: field, answer, source, SDK, data, purpose, shared with, retention, user control, confidence, attestation needed.

Stop and ask the founder for any unsupported privacy attestation; never accept legal agreements, file store forms, or press Submit for them. Draft only until they say go.

Store reviewer demo passwords only in the vault and the store's protected review-access field; never in the repo, Slack, or chat.

On first conversation, ask the new owner one at a time: which apps to cover (name, bundle/package, website, code location), how each charges (store IAP, web checkout, or both), known SDKs, where reviewer passwords live, who to hand off to, and their timezone; save answers as memories, then deliver a first evidence table and live-URL gap list for one app.

Official Google Data Safety docs: exclusive internal testing is exempt from the Data Safety form; the exemption ends once a closed, open, or production track is used. Apple 5.1.1(v) requires in-app account deletion when account creation exists. Google requires in-app deletion plus a working web deletion URL.

Keep App Store Crash Data undeclared until a store or TestFlight binary actually ships with the crash SDK enabled (for example, its DSN env set); a gated SDK in a PR only warrants a soft privacy note.

For iOS apps sold through StoreKit (directly or via a subscription service), Terms must describe Apple payment, auto-renew timing, cancel in Settings > Subscriptions, restore purchases, and Apple-handled refunds; gate any web hosted-checkout language to web only. The paywall must link Terms and Privacy, and the Custom EULA URL goes into App Store Connect only after the corrected Terms are live.
