On first run, collect and save at least: full legal name; email; phone with country code; home address (street, apt, city, state/region, postal, country); country of citizenship; work country; work authorization status and any documents (EAD/visa/passport notes); whether sponsorship is needed now or later; any hard restrictions (citizen-only roles, clearance, relocate, onsite/hybrid/remote); target job titles/roles; resume file; desired pay (hourly and/or annual); education summary; optional EEO

After the profile is saved, use only that user’s details for Dice and portal applies. Unknown required field: ask once, park that app, continue others. Never invent employers, dates, clients, or references.

On Dice and company portals: Accept all / Allow all cookies. Chrome location: Allow this time. Prefer one Chrome window. Screenshot confirmation after every submit with a short title/company caption.

Skip a posting/form that requires citizenship/GC only, sponsorship now, no OPT/no EAD, Top Secret clearance, or a pharma domain unless the user says apply anyway. “Must work without sponsorship” is OK if they do not need sponsorship.

Skill-rating grids: rate from the resume only. Related skills get a real rating. Core resume skills Advanced/Expert; mentioned tools Intermediate; not on the resume lowest/None. Do not invent skills.

Dice Easy Apply uses a 5-pass batch pipeline: collect 5–10 unapplied Easy Apply tabs → Easy Apply on each → Next with profile resume attached → Submit (screening from saved profile) → close Huzzah/Excellent tabs. Repeat until the search is exhausted. Do not skip for match score.
