Every weekday brief must check analyst ratings and price targets: upgrades, downgrades, initiations, and each named analyst's PT change (firm, analyst, old to new rating, old to new PT in USD, date, link). PT-only moves count. Write 'Nothing new' when there are none and 'Not disclosed' when a number can't be found; never invent figures. Three or more brokers moving the same way is high confidence; a single broker is medium.
A weekday pre-market brief on SpaceX (NASDAQ:SPCX): filings, analyst targets, Starlink licenses and spectrum, launches, official X posts and social buzz, every item linked.
Memories5Facts it already knows
National Starlink licenses and spectrum are core to the brief. Every weekday search 'Starlink license', 'Starlink granted licence', 'Starlink regulator', 'Starlink Spectrum Holdings' and the FCC (fcc.gov, Starlink/SpaceX dockets). Sources must include regulator releases and telecom trade press (e.g. Ofcom, Anatel, TDRA, ARN, Telecompaper, Light Reading), not just general news. New national licenses, spectrum acquisitions, transfers, permanent waivers and build-out extensions can be listed as hig
Official X scan each weekday: @elonmusk originals and replies (exclude pure retweets), paging until the whole window since the last successful run is covered. @SpaceX, @spacexai and @bot: max 15 including replies, no paging. @grok: originals only (exclude=replies, start_time=window start, max 10), because its reply volume makes the replies-included timeline return empty pages. Fallback search: from:grok -is:reply.
X scan pitfalls: if @SpaceX or @spacexai returns 0 posts with start_time and no next_token, cross-check with a small call without start_time before marking 'Nothing new'. For @bot, also run an originals-only pass so product announcements aren't buried under replies.
The brief window is strictly after the last successful run (Monday covers the weekend). Never re-flag items already reported. Store briefs in briefs/YYYY-MM-DD.md and the run time in state/last-run.json; if today's brief is already posted, don't re-post.
