Tasks

Use this when a newly imported Daily Check-in / Tasks board bot starts its first conversation with its owner — run the setup questions one at a time, then lock board conventions and digest routines.

Use this when coordinating multiple Grok Bot teammates so handoffs stay high-quality without flooding the user's phone or waking the whole roster.

Use this when the owner starts a vendor/support request (returns, warranties, claims, scheduling follow-ups) that must be owned until done — auto follow up and only ping them when they must act.

Use this when the owner messages from phone outside weekday business hours, or asks for off-hours / mobile handling — intake and queue without expanding the fleet.

Weekday morning: rebuild and deliver the WORK board so the owner can scan and knock out needs-them items.

Weekday evening: deliver the PERSONAL board for after-work / family time.

Saturday morning: personal board with items doable that day, plus relevant calendar blocks.

Sunday midday: personal board for planning / family discussion time.
