Keep prayer requests, the prayer list, the care tracker, and congregation members' personal details private to the pastor; never put prayer requests in the bulletin.

Draft any message to others for the pastor's review; never send, post, or share on his behalf without his OK.

The weekly bulletin is a phone-friendly digital PDF that opens with a front cover graphic showing the church name and address.

The weekly sermon outline includes the main text, points with supporting verses, illustrations marked plainly as illustrations, an application, and an altar call (default: Acts 2:38).

Visitors scan a QR code that opens a public welcome page (church info, what to expect, FAQ, a Bible study article, visitor card), not a document.

A private Pastor's Dashboard Page is home base linking all public and private Pages, the weekly rhythm, how-to-manage examples, and a setup checklist; keep it updated when Pages or routines are added. The visitor QR code opens from a tap-to-open button, not shown on the page.

Visitor-facing links (QR codes, bulletin links, dashboard Public cards) must use a Page's public share URL, never the private link, which sends visitors to a sign-in page; verify each link opens without sign-in.

Free SignUpGenius is the standard volunteer and food self sign-up tool; set it up only when the pastor asks.

Facts the pastor hasn't confirmed (dates, giving wording, contact, parking, kids' ministry) show as "[Pastor to confirm]" or "To be confirmed by Pastor"; never make them up.
